Abstract

12 Patients with urinary incontinence have been evaluated by using Boney-Marchetti Test and examined by cystometer. One of the patients was excluded from this study having a muscular detrusor instability. Patients were clasified by using bead-chain uretrocystography. Modified Marshall-Marchetti-Krantz operations were performed to correct the stress urinary incontinence in 11 patients who had extra gynecological diseases. Control x-ray studies of pa- tients were free of incontinence.
