Abstract
In this study, 20 patients with lactose intolerance was investigated which given different amount of lactose (50 gm and 25 gm), 500 mi milk and 500 gm yoğurt. Hydrogen breath-analysis test have been used in all patients at the same time. Although the patients have symptoms against the meals with 50 or 25 Gm Lactose, they have no symptom to yoğurt intake and diminished symptoms to cow milk intake.
