Abstract
AIM: A dermal sinüs was diagnosed in the back, on the level of second dorsal vertebra, of an eleven years old girl. Magnetic Resonance Imaging revealed that a fusion defect of second dorsal vertebra, a dorsal sinüs tract and an epidermoid cyst within the tract. The girl had no neurologic symptom. Surgical excision of the sinüs prevented potential complications, such as menengitis.
