Abstract
A 54 year-old female patient with a history of rheumatoid arthritis is presented in this article. She developed pulmonary tuberculosis after 4 months of mistakenly high dose anti TNF-alpha treatment with concomitant 300mg/d Isoniazid prophylaxis. This case report points out to the fact that protocol starting tuberculosis prophilaxis a few month before anti TNF-alpha treatment should be considered.
