Abstract
A 6 years-old male patient with scrotal hypospadias for whose previous surgical correction had failed underwent urethroplasty usiııg eveıted saphenous vein graft for the very first time in literatüre. Postoperative course of the patient was uneventful except three urethral dilatations and single scrotal fistula which was closed spontaneously.
