Abstract

It aimed to analysis and discuss with a case Waldenstrom macroglobulinemmia developed after vincristin-cyclophosphamide therapy. In this case, we present a patient who developed Waldenstrom macroglobulinemmia after vincristinecyclophosphamide therapy for non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. We determine severe thrombocytopenia at the control visit and suspected myelodisplastic syndrome or aplastik anemia primarily. But when we analysed him we diagnosed waldenstrom macroglobulinemia. Finally, we must care patients who received chemotherapy for secondary maliginities.
