Abstract

Gallstone ileus is well known as a rare complication of recurrent gallstone Cholecystitis. With the increased using of CT imaging for acute abdominal problems may decrease the high mortality rate encountered in this disease that requires rapid diagnosis and treatment. We report a case in which gallstone ileus was diagnosed by CT.
