Abstract

Macromastia has been considered as a new and distinct entity recently. In this review, definition, incidence, the impact of macromastia on breast imaging, indications for reduction mammaplasty and advantages and results of reduction mammaplasty in breast cancer with macromastia have been reviewed. Mareover breast volume measurement techniques have been discussed.
